Andrew Dyer, M.D. joined Memphis Radiological P.C. in 2010. Dr. Dyer received an undergraduate degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He earned his medical degree from University of Tennessee, Memphis and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at University of Tennessee/Methodist Healthcare. He completed his fellowship in Body Imaging at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
