David P. Fang, MD

Dr. David P. Fang is a board-certified interventional radiologist dedicated to providing cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments for a wide range of conditions.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University before completing his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Fang then pursued his diagnostic radiology residency training at Methodist Hospitals in Memphis. Following his residency, he went on to complete a prestigious Interventional Radiology fellowship at the University of Virginia, focusing on advanced image-guided procedures.

Since joining MRPC and Memphis Vascular Center in 2004, Dr. Fang has been committed to delivering state-of-the-art care with a patient-centered approach. His professional interests encompass the full spectrum of interventional radiology, with a particular focus on interventional oncology, offering minimally invasive therapies for cancer treatment. In 2012, Dr. Fang received the Memphis Business Journal’s Healthcare Heroes Innovations Award for spearheading Y90 therapy and radioembolization treatments for cancer patients in Memphis.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Fang enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is an avid supporter of his kids’ soccer activities and can often be found on the sidelines cheering them on.

Dr. Fang is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Interventional Radiology.
